Timothy's Monster is a blend of bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stouts with additions. This year's edition is a collaboration with Pala Coffee. The beer spent 19 months in barrels before we brought it out and added freshly roasted coffee from Pala. Coffee: Pala Francisco Lopez, Guatemala and Pala Chelchele, Ethiopia. Barrels: Barton 1792 and Stagg JR. bourbon barrels
Aroma: Aroma av kaffe, vanilje, kakao, tørket frukt, eik og kokos.
Smak: Sjokolade, kaffe, vanilje, eik, bourbon.
