Nøgne Ø Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea is a blend of spontaneously fermented apple cider made from of cider apples from Domaine Dupont in Nor- mandy, and various vintages of wild ale brewed with Norwegian grain and wild yeast on oak bar- rels. Crush dry and balanced acid with a fresh mouthfeel.
Aroma: Multer, epler, drueskall, gress.
Smak: Syrlig, multer, bitre epler, balsamico.
