Collaboration brew with Brouwerij de Molen (NL). Close To The Edge is a dark coolship stout, spontaneouslyfermented for 20 months. The early april air of 2018 brought some fantastic micro flora that provided a black currant -like flavour to this sour stout. Combined with the roasted flavours, leather and chocolate from the malts this came to be quite a complex beer
