Deck the Halls is a powerful, spice-forward quadrupel aged for three years in Marsala barrels from Sicily. Extended maturation creates a deep, warming profile, where rich malt character is layered with the sweetness of Sicilian fortified wine. Marsala, made from white grapes, contributes notes of raisins, prunes, caramel, honey, and warming spices. The result is a complex and generous beer with great depth, smooth warmth, and an elegant vinous finish.
