Joy to the World is a spontaneously fermented wheat beer brewed with Norwegian malt, wheat, and oats. After primary fermentation, the beer was aged in oak barrels for 12 months with blackberry juice, resulting in deep berry notes and refined oak character. Before bottling, it is gently spiced with vanilla and cinnamon, rounding out the acidity and adding a warm, aromatic finish.
Aroma: Skogsbær, vanilje, kanel.
Smak: Skogsbær, vanilje, kanel, syrlig.
