One of our brewers said, «It should taste like beer….and Christmas”. “It needs to go well with traditional Christmas dishes”, said another. “…as well as Christmas cookies”, shouted a third. Julefri (Norwegian for Christmas vacation), is a dark, non-alcoholic Christmas beer lightly seasoned with all the spices you associate with Christmas.
Aroma: Krydret og pepret preg av mørkt malt, rosin, ingefær og nellik, litt kanel, kardemomme og kaffe.
Smak: Kremet med god bitterhet, preg av mørkt malt, sitrus, ingefær, nellik og kanel, litt kaffe og rosin.
