For Billelis’ fifth release, we’ve brewed a thick and hazy IPA, led by a Golden Axis of New Zealand hops. We’ve put together this host of hop varieties we think are a bit underrated. There’s Luminosa, Waimea, Wai-iti, and The Bruce, which displays complex citrus with punchy tropical fruit character. The combination of these hops brings together aromas and flavours of super fruity apricots, peach, exotic citrus and a touch of lemon, wrapped up in one of our signature hazy brews.
Aroma: Aroma av aprikos, fersken og sitrus.
Smak: Kremet, smak av aprikos og fersken, hint av sitron.
