A big and bold Imperial Porter with coconut, aged for 15 months in a bourbon barrel that also aged Martinique rum. Pure romance. Big bodied, oily, and smooth, with the character of rum, wood, brown sugar, caramelized malt, some coffee, with a fine chocolate dip, and a coconut finish.. A fantastic choice for these cold days that lead us into the darkness. This is why we brew!
