Polytope is the next beer in our Nth dimension series of quadruple IPAs, and this beer is big! The robust body from golden promise malt and oats makes it able to carry some serious dry hopping of Sabro, Citra, and HBC 1019 hops. We then gave it a long conditioning time for a juicy sensation without the green character often associated with big beers and big dry hops. Enjoy!
