Next up in our exploration of different lagers is Rooftop Helles. This beer is not about big flavors and high intensity. It’s about clean and crisp flavors with subtle malt sweetness and noble hops in the background. We gave this beer a long and cold fermentation to reduce fruity esters and make room for that subtle malt sweetness to come through. Enjoy!
