Batch 1 undergoes a lengthy fermentation with beer yeast and Discovery apples, while Batch 2 is fermented with white wine yeast, blending Katja, Tohoku2, V174, and other apple varieties. This unique fermentation process contributes to a clean, clear appearance and a vibrant color that catches the eye. Awarded the Gold Standard at the NICA Nordic International Cider Awards 2023, Experiment X1 has earned high praise for its purity and balance.
