It’s the year of the Milkshake IPA, and we figured there was no better time to explore what this indulgent style can become when reimagined without dairy. Together with our R&D-minded friends at Crooked Moon Brewing, we set out to create an ultra-hazy, impossibly soft Vegan Milkshake IPA. By utilizing their proprietary process for incorporating plant-based proteins, we achieved the creamy body and luxurious mouthfeel that define the style—without compromising on our vegan principles. Generously hopped with El Dorado and Azacca, alongside our signature Prysmas blend for an extra burst of juicy fruit character, this beer delivers waves of ripe tropical fruit, citrus, and candy-like sweetness. To finish it off, we added more than 1g/L of freshly ground vanilla, bringing a rich, dessert-inspired complexity that ties everything together. Smooth, saturated, and unapologetically decadent—this is Milkshake IPA, reimagined.
