Our latest collaboration with Swedish homebrewing friends Sea-Goat Brewing draws inspiration from our 2023 Hazy Wheat Pale Ale, Yum Yum. Built on a Hazy IPA base, we’ve added an extra dose of both malted and unmalted wheat for a soft, full body. In the whirlpool, we used Citra and Nelson Sauvin, while the dry hop features ultra-fresh Nectaron from Freestyle Hops, complemented by the bright, fragrant notes of Motueka.
