NOT THE BERLINER BEER CO VERSION GREEN SUEDE SHOES. Modern double dry-hopped hazy IPA brewed with a fruity yeast and a generous dose of Citra and Mosaic hops. I've known Adam at Berlin Beer Co for a while now and throughout the years we have bumped into each other here and there. During The Eight States Altered State Festival earlier in 2024 I got to try his Green Suede Shoes IPA and it blew me away as one of the best in show. A kind of straightforward IPA but with a depth and length of flavors I struggle to find in modern IPAs. We got talking and realized that our IPA recipes were quite similar and we decided to brew a take on his delicious beer adapted for the Swedish market and palate.
