Bobo is a mature, easy drinking, lighter Imperial Stout where we incorporated a select barrel of 3+ year old high Coast Älv Whisky Barrel Aged Imperial Stout into fresh stout, then laid to condition on heaps of hand toasted Equadorian Arriba Nacional cacoa nibs (courtesy of Swenströmskans bakery) and a select blend of vanilla. DRINK FRESH. Collaboration with our dear heroes at American Forager Brewery, in our eyes one of the best breweries, and collection of people, in the world.
