One of my all time favorite breweries, American The Eight State Brewing had to close earlier in 2024. Cam there is an amazing brewer and person and I always wanted to brew with him. Luckily, he has a multi faceted new project, Hidden Space who I invited for a collaborative Fruited Sour. The first beer out of two celebrating my own 40th birthday - the perfect release for a new beginning in 2025. The beer is a lovely Fruited Sour full of blueberries, raspberries and a touch of passion fruit to balance the richness of the berries. To round it off and give it some creaminess we added kilos of real vanilla.
Aroma: Aroma av bær.
Smak: Frukt og bær.
