Sibeeria Golden Record New England IPA

New England IPA, 17° Plato, 7.5% ABV. Hustý zákal, krémová textura, vyšší hořkost a - především - výrazné ovocné aroma. V souladu s naším dlouhodobě oblíbeným stylem kombinování starých a nových chmelů jsme tentokrát namíchali Amarillo a Chinook s dávkou Sabra. Golden Recordu dominuje svěží aroma mandarinek, limety a ananasu s příjemně dřevitým závěrem, které doplňuje velmi světlý a suchý základ. Thick haze, creamy texture, not-so-subtle bitterness and, most importantly, a truckful of fruit on the nose. Sticking to our all-time favourite approach of combining the old and the new, we mixed Amarillo and Chinook with some Sabro. The aroma of bright tangerine, lime and pineapple with an oaky finish comes on the top of a very pale and rather dry base beer.
