Oak Aged Missouri and Oregon Wild Ale with Cherries Coexpressionalism is a collaboration brewed with our friend Trevor Rogers of de Garde Brewing in Tillamook Oregon. This Lambic-inspired beer expresses the house characteristics of both Side Project and de Garde by brewing a turbid wort with aged hops and fermenting it entirely in a French Oak Foedre with a blend of our cultures. After aging for 2 years, we naturally conditioned this blend for 6 months until it was ready to be shared with you.
Aroma: Aroma av kirsebær, stall, røde bær, frukt, noe fat.
Smak: Smak av kirsebær, frisk, syrlig, lang ettersmak.
