Speciation's house Brett Saison. Fermented with wild and cultured microbes, to allow for development from batch to batch. Also open fermented for more expressive yeast flavors and for the introduction of additional local microflora. Lightly dry hopped with Mosaic & Saaz.
Aroma: Sitrus, fjøs, høy, urter og blomster.
Smak: Sitrus, frisk, syrlig avslutning.
