Blend of spontaneous ale coolshipped near each Great Lake, dry hopped with Cascade & Chinook. The barrels were all neutral charred oak and included Michigan 2019, Superior 2018, Huron 2018, Erie 2018, Ontario 2018. Tasting notes of Apricots, caramelized pineapple, grapefruit and a hint of pine.
Aroma: Aroma av grapefrukt, tørket urter, noe fat og lys malt.
Smak: Kompleks og frisk, med sitruspreget frukt, lys malt, lang.
