THERE IS A COCKY GOAT OUTSIDE – Helles Mai Bock – 6,7% The days become longer, the sun shines brighter… weird rectangular goat eyes stare at you, and incessant bleats fill the air. Our production team sprung a (surprisingly) crisp single decoction Helles Mai Bock, and adjuncted it with a gentle 1 g. / L of dried elderflower. It's aromatic, floral, and delicate.
