Our 300th brew is done and done! Feels amazing to yet again celebrate a milestone brew, and to celebrate this we created Batch 300. A double dry hopped hazy IPA clocking in at 7% ABV. Massively hopped with Manalita, Citra Lupomax, NZ Cascade and Riwaka. We used our updated water profile and a tweaked malt base. Super smooth and tropical with aromas and flavors of mangoes, stone fruits and tropical fruits. But what about the mouthfeel you say? Imagine if cream was a beer ❤️
