Blisco Dash is a Kviek Pale Ale. Our favourite Voss yeast strain has been cranking esters through ramped fermentation and cast-out temps. On top of that it’s been loaded with classic Cascade and Hallertau Blanc & Melon hotside for full on pine, floral and sweet-fruit topnotes, before being blasted with Idaho-7 in the dry hop for that tropical kick. Goes well with getting lost and sweet fresh air.
Aroma: Aroma av steinfrukt, lyst malt og urter. Innslag av florale og jordlige toner.
Smak: Kremet konsistens. Smak av melon, stikkelsbær, blomster og furunål.
