Bonzer is a Pale Ale. Brewed with Southern Hemisphere hops – it’s clean, soft and spritzy. Galaxy and Kohatu paired for soft peach, passionfruit and citrus aromas. A simple grist of IPA malt, with Wheat Munich and Cararuby bringing a nice cracker sweetness complimenting the hops. Finished with BRY-97 for a nice clean and ‘bonzer’ brew.
Aroma: Aroma av sitrus, fersken og pasjonsfrukt.
Smak: Fruktig og lett. Smak av sitrus, fersken og pasjonsfrukt. Balansert med lys malt.
