Spotter is a New England style IPA. A classic combo of Simcoe and Mosaic pump out a deep rolling citrus and mango with a kick of piney bitterness. Fermented on Voss Kveik backing up hop aromas with marmalade laden esters. Heavy on the oats and wheat, Spotter has a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. It’s everything we love about the style. Goes well with taking pictures and leaving footsteps. Featuring Em, Gipsy Hill’s admin whizz.
Aroma: Aroma av sitrus, stikkelsbær og hvetemalt.
Smak: Kremet smak. Grapefrukt, pasjonsfrukt, mango og hvetemalt.
