This is a dry-hopped gose, full of big flavours from Citra and Centennial hops. The acidity from the lactobacillus fermentation and tart cranberries is balanced by the sea salt salinity, hop aromas and wild fermentation flavours, leaving you craving another sip. The delicate oak character makes this intriguingly complex and layered and the coriander, lime zest and hops give herbal and citrus notes that make this a rather unique beer.
Aroma: Aroma av tropiske frukter, ananas, mango og lime.
Smak: Tranebær, mango, lime og noe sitron. God syrlighet.
