Inspired by old aged beers of yesteryear, Big Buck is a classic barrel aged barley wine, made from heritage Chevalier Malt and EKG hops that were aged in 2nd use wine and bourbon barrels for 10 months! Coolshipping on grape overnight has evolved this from a classic beer into something even more complex and intriguing, featuring aromas of sweet marmalade and floral with hints of apple brandy and oak. A beer born to see out those cold winter months.
