This lager uses a non-alcoholic yeast from L'allemand that is super neutral in flavor and noble hops (Tradition, Spalter Select) to give a pilsner character to the beer. This must be one of the few non-alcoholic lagers in the market made with the fermentation method that tastes like a lager!
Aroma: Ungdommelig preg av lyst malt, kjeks, humle og urt, litt blomst og eple- og sitrusaktig frukt.
Smak: Kremet og lett med moderat bitterhet, preg av lyst malt, humle, urt, litt barnål, eple og sitrus.
