Wicklow Wolf Next Stop West Coast IPA Endangered Species No. 54

Endangered Species No. 54. Next Stop is inspired by the journey of Captain Wolf aboard HM Coastguard, navigating the rugged West Coast of Ireland in search of a site for Ireland’s most westerly lighthouse. His voyage led him to Foze Rock, a remote and unforgiving Atlantic outcrop and the most Westerly point of Ireland. Though deemed unsuitable, the mission continued, and the lighthouse found its home on Tearaght Island. After Foze Rock, the next stop? Newfoundland, Canada. Like the vast ocean that separates these lands, Next Stop is bold, untamed, and full of character. Brewed with Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra, and Columbus hops, this 5.8% West Coast IPA delivers waves of zesty citrus, resinous pine, and dank aromatics, balanced by a touch of stone fruit and floral spice. A Pilsner and Vienna malt backbone provides a crisp yet subtly sweet foundation, while a firm, lingering bitterness gives way to a dry, refreshing finish – just like the bracing Atlantic air that inspired it.
