Endangered Species No. 55. A beer inspired by Quincey’s time living in San Francisco. Living in Pacific Heights, it was there that he began homebrewing and discovered the world of craft beer. If you sit down for a pint with Quincey, it won’t be long before he slips into storytelling mode, sharing tales of his runs around San Francisco, across the Golden Gate Bridge, and treating himself to a pint of Anchor Steam afterwards. A beer that was – and still is – synonymous with San Francisco is Anchor Steam, a California Common style that inspired this recipe.
Aroma: Jordlig og floral aroma, hint av krydder og sitrus.
