Medium Dry Sparkling Fine Cider Ditcheat Hill is an orchard of exceptional terroir, overlooking the wide Brue valley. This cider is a blend of the best fruit from this orchard in 2023. Unlike previous vintages this is on the edge of dry and much more poised and delicate. Well balanced and elegant, with lean acidity, tannic grip and fruity aromas. Varieties: Browns, Yarlington Mill, Ashton Brown Jersey, Sweet Coppin, Harry Masters Jersey and Dove.
Aroma: Aroma av modne epler, skogsbær og te.
Smak: Halvtørr, balansert, slank syre og myke tanniner.
