Being purveyors of the old and new world style here at Wylam HQ we feel a hark back to malt forward beer production would be a future path for the professional brewer. Lost and unpopular styles are a critical part of ongoing beer production so we’ve gone for the doomed Brown Ale... A wide variety of English heritage malts and cereals have been utilised to produce this megalith imperial brown. Pumped up to a comforting winter season ABV with a plush addition of Canadian maple syrup producing a sweet hickory nut finish complemented perfectly with an all English whole cone kettle hop bitterness.
