Welcoming 'White Palace' a ‘fruited and bruted’ India Pale Lager with lashings of Passion Fruit and Pinot Gris juice (or Grauburgunder, as we like to call it around here). Expect delicate tropical fruit and melon aromatics and flavour - reminiscent of new world white wines - and a clean, super dry finish. 30L key kegs and 24x440ml cans available from next week via New Zealand Beer Collective (contact becky@newzealandbeer.co.uk).
