Brett fermented IPA aged in foeder. Our flagship IPA get funked up. Punk meets funk for an immersive lesson in fermentation. Aged in giant foeders and dry hopped to oblivion. Old World meets new in this returned ale. Perfectly balanced, funky and complex flavours. Tropical fruits on the nose followed by punchy juicy dry notes and a little spice packed to the rafters with citrus hop flavour. A silky, chewy body culminates in a canvas dry finish. Malts: Oats, Pilsner, Wheat, Spelt. Hops: Cascade, Chinook, Hallertauer Blanc, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Hüll Melon, Magnum, Simcoe.
Aroma: Aroma av tropiske frukter fra tørrhumling i kombinasjon med estere.
Smak: Saftig og tørr. Noe krydret og kraftig humlekarakter.
